Fix “Confirm Your Info On The App” On Instagram

Place the camera angle at eye level. And the slowly turn your head according to the instructions on the screen.

Click on submit once you finish.

If the verification was a success, your account will be unlocked and accessible to you.

And if the error still pursues and asks for video verification, try using a different device such as your PC or a friends phone.

The main reason for verification is due to their party apps. If you have given your details to a third party app, Instagram locks your account. This is as a safety measure, as Instagram thinks your account has been misused.
